BSAC 1105 group photo[1] About Us
We are a friendly club welcoming divers of all grades and experience – you don’t have to be BSAC qualified. All training is carried out by nationally qualified BSAC instructors who will coach at the trainee’s own pace. The club was set up in 1979 as an affiliated branch of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC). We are run by a committee of volunteers who ensure that up to date teaching, safe diving and boating practices are followed.
We have recently changed our club name from Enfield BSAC to the Lee Valley Dive Club in order to reflect our demographic more accurately. The club was originally based in Enfield but we now meet in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
We meet at The Laura Trott (formerly Grundy Park) Leisure Centre every Thursday evening at 20:30.

We have the use of a meeting area for training, lectures, planning, talks on topics of interest and general socializing. We also have the use of the swimming pool for training, practicing skills and checking out new equipment. The pool is also used for space hopper football every Christmas – a fun and hotly contested match by all.The club owns a fully kitted dive boat (a twin engined 6.8m Ribcraft) and complete scuba kits for training and hire to club members.
